Role and Responsibilities:

You will support the Head of Content Solutions with the Creation Hub business as we navigate more complicated deals with multiple talent &  platforms to drive revenue growth.

TA Creator Business:

  • You will help manage, collate and update the TA Creator database
  • You will maintain and update TA Creator Master Rates & Metrics 
  • You will assist with sourcing new talent / influencers in ANZ (other markets as required)
  • You will assist with booking creators/ influencers with external talent agents for TA Creator campaigns as required
  • You will create post-campaign reports after sourcing 1st party insights from TA Creators employed on our campaigns
  • You will work with the Sales & Content Partnerships managers to provide post-campaign recommendations
  • You will assist with communicating finalised contracts with talent and manage documentation via DocuSign

Content Production:  

  • You will assist with booking talent for TotallyAwesome Squad shoots
  • You will help with planning & managing production timelines 
  • You will assist with pre-production documentation such as:
    1. Call Sheets
    2. School approval letters
    3. Timesheets
  • You will register shoots with the Office of the Children’s Guardian and file all required paperwork such as:
    1. Pre-employment forms
    2. Risk Management forms
  • You will act as Production/ Shoot day assistant for any TotallyAwesome Squad shoots including tasks such as (but not limited to):
    1. Assisting with props and wardrobe purchasing
    2. Catering 
    3. Onset support
  • You will manage video outputs and stills 
  • You will upload video content to YouTube: managing metadata, amplification, and analytics tracking
  • You will work with AdOps to prepare and upload video content for KSV and AA bookings

Social Media Support:

  • You will develop TAS Instagram social content planning
    1. brainstorming and optimisation of posts
    2. Working with PopJam Content Producer

ABOUT YOU/ Key Skills & Experience

  • You have at least 2+ years of relevant work experience in digital and/or social media or the advertising field
  • You have tertiary education in communications, marketing, advertising, and or digital/social media disciplines.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a self-starter and can clearly demonstrate an ability to get things done without direct supervision
  • You have extremely high standards in delivering exceptional customer relations
  • You have a natural ability to develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • You have a can-do attitude, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit that will fit into our startup culture
  • You have a passion for creating and maintaining quality content
  • You have experience creating and managing content across a range of platforms
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You are driven and passionate about digital media, privacy protection and ‘making the internet safer for kids’
  • Driver’s License and car preferable 
  • Video editing experience and or Photoshop experience would be a bonus
